The Albanian Interior Ministry operates a small fleet of helicopters for policing duties. The unit was first established in 2008, buying refurbished MBB-105s from Germany: these are primarily involved in border, security and transport policing issues.

BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA
Law enforcement in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the responsibility of an EU-sponsored Bosnia police force to which the role of maintaining security in the region was handed over from the United Nations's 1,800 strong International Police Task Force. Since 1 January 2003, the European Union Police Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUPM) was tasked with creating a new stable police force for Bosnia and Herzegovina, however this has been met with limited success. Therefore, Bosnia and Herzegovina policing does not operate indigenous aviation assets.

NORTH MACEDONIA
Law enforcement in North Macedonia is the responsibility of the Police of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The police headquarters are located in Skopje at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and also maintain an air base in nearby Idrizovo. Taiwan, Canada, and Italy have all contributed Bell Helicopter Textron helicopters to the police force's Macedonian Police Aviation Unit in cooperation with the Air Force of North Macedonia to help combat insurgencies the country. The Helicopter unit is an air support unit of the Macedonian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Its purpose it to provide aerial surveillance, border monitoring, VIP transport, medevac, search and rescue, and aerial firefighting.

The Kosovo Police is the national policing law enforcement agency of Kosovo. It was established in 1999 and took its current form with the 2008 police law. It consists of five departments and eight regional directorates and is represented at the political level by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public Administration of the Republic of Kosovo. It operates no fixed or rotary wing aircraft.

Slovenian National Police Force
The Slovenian National Police Force is the national government agency that handles the responsibility of law enforcement of the Republic of Slovenia. Law enforcement in Slovenia is governed by the Slovenian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The police force maintains a number of international partnerships with foreign police forces, including training with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, and involvement in Albania and Kosovo with the Multinational Advisory Police Element.
