The Police of the Republic of Armenia is the national police of Armenia. In December 2002, the Ministry of National Security, was re-organised, with the Ministry of Internal Affairs becoming the Police of Armenia. In September 2021, the Armenian Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Europol. It is not known if the Police of Armenia operate any aircraft.

Azerbaijan State Border Service
(Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sərhəd Xidməti)
The State Border Service of Azerbaijan Republic is a governmental law enforcement agency in charge of protecting the borders of Azerbaijan. Its major objectives are to protect the state border of the republic, fight against international terrorism, illegal migration and human trafficking, smuggling, drug trafficking, the proliferation of components of weapons of mass destruction, protection of oil and gas platforms and pipelines in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea. Plus to overcome military attacks of troops or criminal groups of foreign countries to the Republic, protect people, state property, private property from those military and other actions.

Ministry of Emergency Situations
(Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyinin (FHN))
The Ministry of Emergency Situations is the central executive body within the cabinet of Azerbaijan responsible for protecting the population from natural and man-made disasters. It protects the population and territories from emergency situations, fire, water hazards. It secures the mining industry, ensures the security of petroleum and petroleum products, prevents accidents with established emergency prevention procedures.

Special State Protection Service
(Xüsusi Dövlət Mühafizə Xidməti (XDMX) )
The Service provides security of the President of Azerbaijan and his First Family, as well as other state protection objects and also of heads of foreign states and governments (Foreign missions) while their visits to Azerbaijan, properties under the Office of the President's supervision, National Assembly, Constitutional Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Central Election Commission. The Service organizes and provides security and development of special purpose information-telecommunication systems and networks of state authorities.
